August is the anticipated release date for Android 14 stable. After then, eligible devices should start receiving the most recent version of Android.

Oppo has been the leader in pushing out the most recent Android before Google for the past couple of years. Samsung is outpacing the competition by providing support for a significant number of devices across all regions in a short amount of time.

The well-known South Korean electronics behemoth usually releases its new Android updates in late fall. But once the deployment starts, the corporation keeps going, continuing to push the update to multiple devices all around the world.

The next One UI 6.0 software, which will run on Android 14, is anticipated to follow suit. But the new software update won't be available for some of the well-known gadgets from a few years ago.
