Method 1:

Install APK then apply the config(XML) file from Settings > Load config and then select "downloaded XML file".

Method 2 (Universal):

• Go to the Root directory (Internal storage)
• Create folder 👉 GCam. Open it.
• Create another folder 👉 Configs8 or (based on your Gcam version, here it's 8.1 so Configs8)
• Copy and paste the downloaded XML to Gcam/Configs8/
• Open Gcam app
• Double tap in between the shutter button and the left camera switch button
• Then it will pop up with loaded XML
• Tap on it
• Done
