Huawei Nova 12 Series Design And Launch Date Confirmed (Video)
Huawei is set to launch the Nova 12 series on December 26th.
Huawei will launch its new smartphone series, the Nova 12 lineup, on December 26th. There will be four models: the Nova 12, Nova 12 Pro, Nova 12 Ultra, and Nova 12 Lite (Vitality Edition). Huawei has confirmed the sub-flagship phones on Weibo by Yu Chengdong.
The Huawei Nova 12 series teaser shows the unique blue version, called the No.12 color. The lineup will include the Nova 12 Lite, Nova 12, Nova 12 Pro, and Nova 12 Ultra. The Nova 12 Lite (or Vitality Edition) will have a 60-megapixel front camera, a 50-megapixel main rear camera, and an OLED screen with a fingerprint sensor.
It will come in blue, white, and black colors, but its network capability (4G or 5G) is unknown. The Nova 12 will be a 4G smartphone with the Snapdragon 778G 4G chipset, and will support 66W fast charging.
The Nova 12 Pro and 12 Ultra will be 5G-ready and may have the Kirin 9000s, the same chip as the Mate 60 lineup. The Ultra model may support two-way satellite communications.
Both models will have a curved-edge OLED screen with 1.5K resolution and support 100W charging. They will have dual 60-megapixel front cameras for selfies. The rear camera setup will have a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS, an ultra-wide lens, and a telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom.
