The Infinix Hot 30 5G was announced in July 2023, and it looks like Infinix is already preparing to release its successor. This is because the Infinix Hot 40 has been certified by the Bluetooth SIG authority, indicating that it may ship in the next months.

The Bluetooth SIG database lists the Infinix Hot 40 with the model number X6836. The gadget will offer Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, according to the description. It does not, however, include any details on the device's other specs.

Like its predecessors, the Infinix Hot 30 5G and Hot 20 5G, the Hot 40 is anticipated to be an inexpensive 5G device with a large display and a sizable battery. In India, Infinix has been upgrading its Hot series every six months or so. The Hot 30 5G was introduced in July 2023, after the Hot 20 5G, which had been announced in December 2022. As a result, the recently discovered Infinix Hot 40 may become official before the year is over.

It is unknown if the Infinix Hot 40 is a 4G or a 5G-enabled handset because the name of the device in Bluetooth does not include "5G." Hopefully, subsequent reports will provide additional information regarding the gadget. In our assessment of the Hot 30 5G, we found that the 18W charger that came with it required more than 2 hours to fully charge the device. Hopefully, the Hot 40 will allow a quicker charging method when it launches. The Hot 40 will most likely cost approximately Rs 12,000 (around $150) in India.

Infinix just introduced the Dimensity 8020-powered Infinix Zero 30 5G in India, with a starting price of Rs 23,999 (about $300). Through Flipkart, preorders are currently accepted.
