The Hot 40 series will launch globally on December 9 according to Infinix's plan. Nigeria's Lagos will host the smartphone lineup announcement.

Still, the company has begun releasing the phones in the series in certain areas ahead of schedule. Among the family, the Infinix Hot 40i is the first official gadget.

Saudi officials introduced this product on November 26. Participating retailers are also selling it.

NFC is included in the Infinix Hot 40i, introduced in Saudi Arabia, and contains the connectivity above option for contactless payments and other usage. This implies that in certain markets, a version of the phone without NFC may be available.

In the center of the device is a 6.56-inch punch-hole display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and an HD+ resolution. A MediaTek Helio G88 CPU powers it and runs Android 13.

A ring LED floodlight and an unidentified secondary sensor support the 50MP camera on the back. There is a 32MP selfie camera on the front of the phone. Additionally, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor is included with it.

And last but not least, it supports 18W charging and runs on a 5,000mAh battery.

In Saudi Arabia, the Infinix Hot 40i retail will cost SAR 375 (around $100) for 4GB plus 128GB and 256GB + 8GB for SAR 465 (about $125).

There are three color options available: Starlit Black, Horizon Gold, and Palm Blue.
