Pixel 8 Pro 'Designed for Google' Listing Surfaces on Official Store
Before their unveiling, Google has not always done its best to keep impending Pixel phones a secret, and the Pixel 8 Pro is no exception. For a limited time, the porcelain white variant of the upcoming Google flagship was shown on the Google Store, providing us with yet more proof of its appearance.
Despite the image's poor resolution, it is possible to see that the upgraded unified visor is home to modules with a claimed 50MP primary, 64MP ultrawide, and 48MP telephoto focal lengths. The infrared temperature sensor, which purportedly enables users to detect their body temperature by pointing it to their temple region for a short period, is housed close to the LED flash and the cameras.
The Pixel 8 Pro will also include a 6.7-inch LTPO OLED display with QHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The flagship will be powered by the Tensor G3 CPU, 12GB RAM, and 128/256GB storage. The Pixel 8 Pro's 4,950 mAh battery is expected to enable 27W charging and Android 14 out of the box. The Pixel 8 lineup is expected to launch in October.
