The Poco F3 has been a fan favourite for its price and amazing hardware specification since its launch.

The Oppo Reno 6 Pro on the other hand brings to the table amazing features for an affordable price.

Today, we will be doing a spec comparison of the Poco F3 and The Oppo Reno 6 Pro to ascertain which of these devices is a perfect fit for your budget.

The Oppo Reno 6 Pro was recently launched globally, though this device has been available in the Chinese Market dating back May 27th this year.

Also, the Poco F3 is relatively new itself as it was launched in March 22 this year.

One thing that makes the Poco F3 standout from the crowd is the availability of 5G and the inclusion of Snapdragon 870 chipset.

Also, the Oppo Reno 6 Pro comes with similar specification too, the presence of a Mediatek Dimensity 1200 based on a 6nm architecture does make the Reno 6 Pro a force to reckon with.

Poco F3

The Snapdragon 870 chipset on the Poco F3 is snapdragon’s Bridge between their Highend and Midrange chipset.

But the Mediatek Dimensity 1200 on the other hand is Mediatek’s flagship chipset.

The above information explains it all, the 6nm architecture of the Dimensity 1200 as against the SD870’s 7nm does give the Dimensity 1200 an edge over the SD870.

Though the Poco F3 comes with a glass back and front with a Gorilla Glass 5 protection on both sides, but the Poco F3 sadly, comes with a plastic frame.

And the Oppo Reno 6 Pro follows similar build, with a gorilla glass 5 rear and front glass protection. Nonetheless, a plastic frame as well.



The Poco F3 comes with a 6.67 inch FHD, Amoled display, with a peak brightness of 1200 and a screen to body ratio of 85%.

The Reno 6 Pro is fitted with a slightly smaller display at 6.55 inch display, a bit lower peak brightness of 800nits but a better screen to body ratio of 88%.



The Reno 6 Pro comes with an embedded fingerprint scanner in its display, the Poco F3 comes with a traditional side mounted scanner.

Poco F3 comes with the older USB 2.0 but the Reno 6 Pro uses the more advanced USB 3.1



The Poco F3 is backed by a 4520mah battery with a 33watts charge support, an proposed full charge at 53mins.

Reno 6 Pro comes with a similar battery pack at 4500mah but a faster 65watts Vooc fast charge.


Other features.

The Poco F3: Bluetooth 5.1, stereo speakers.
The Reno 6 pro: Bluetooth 5.2, no stereo speakers. Both devices lacks an earphone jack.


Poco F3 retails for a price of $333 while the Reno 6 Pro sells for $530.



Perks like Dimensity 1200, USB 3.1, faster charge support and multiple storage variants to choose from makes the DOppo Reno 6 Pro an amazing smartphone.

But for almost twice the price of The Poco F3 which is not a pushover either thanks to its sd870, stereo speakers, a better UFS 3.1 and a cheaper price tag. Picking the Reno 6 Pro over Poco F3 is a difficult choice.
