A picture of the smartphone with a Dynamic Island-like function named Mini Capsule is included in the post on X(Twitter). But given the C55 arrived in March and has a Mini Capsule, this won't be the first Realme smartphone to offer such a function. The forthcoming phone sports a notched display compared to that one's punch-hole display.
Realme C51 Specifications
The Realme C51 is powered by an octa-core 12nm CPU that runs at 1.82GHz. It has a Mali-G57 GPU to handle graphically demanding tasks. It also offers 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and internal storage options of 64GB or 128 GB. The smartphone, which runs Android 13 out of the box, also has a dedicated microSD card slot for storage extension of up to 2TB.
The Realme C51 is designed around a 6.74" 90Hz screen (presumably LCD) with a 560 nits maximum brightness, 180Hz touch sampling rate, and a notch for the 5MP front camera. A dual-finish rear panel is visible when you turn the phone over. It has three circles: a flash circle, a second circle for the cameras (a 50MP primary camera and perhaps a depth sensor), and a third circle for the flash.
An advertised 28-minute charge time for the 5,000 mAh battery powering the Realme C51 is provided. A 3.5mm headphone socket, an NFC chip, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner are all included in the smartphone.
It will be available in both Carbon Black and Mint Green in India. As the second-largest smartphone market in the world, it is unclear if they would use the same marketing identities.
