Similarities between Tecno Phantom X vs Redmi Note 10 pro vs Samsung A52.

Having stated their familiar specs above, let’s see what makes these devices differ and if their differences gives them an edge or just a gimmick.
Differences between The Tecno Phantom X vs Redmi Note 10 pro vs Samsung A52.
Samsung A52 was launched March 17, 2021.
Redmi Note 10 pro was announced in March 4th, 2021.
Tecno Phantom X was release July 6th, 2021.

Notice: The A52 and Phantom X comes with a super Amoled display.
But only the Note 10 pro has a refresh rate higher than 90hz, at 120hz.
Verdit: it’s a tie.

Notice: The Samsung A52 is the lightest of all three, its water proof, but has a plastic back.
The Redmi Note 10 pro has a glass front and back, but is not water resistant but splash and dust proof and its a bit heavier than the A52.
Same applies to the Phantom X which comes with a glass front and back, lacks any nature proof and it is the heaviest of all three.
Verdit: Samsung A52 wins this round, followed by The Redmi note 10 pro and the Phantom X takes the loser pill.
The Samsung A52 is equipped with the Qualcomm SM7125 Snapdragon 720G (8 nm), Octa-core (2×2.3 GHz Kryo 465 Gold & 6×1.8 GHz Kryo 465 Silver) CPU and Adreno 618 GPU.
Redmi Note 10 pro is powered by the Qualcomm SM7150 Snapdragon 732G (8 nm), Octa-core (2×2.3 GHz Kryo 470 Gold & 6×1.8 GHz Kryo 470 Silver) CPU and Adreno 618 GPU.
Tecno’s Phantom X is driven by the Mediatek Helio G95 (12 nm), Octa-core (2×2.05 GHz Cortex-A76 & 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) CPU, and Mali-G76 MC4 GPU.
Note: Both the Samsung A52 and The Redmi note 10 pro uses a snapdragon chipset manufactured using an 8nm process, the sd732 on the Note 10 pro is slightly better [on paper], thanks to its 470 gold and silver kryo cores as against the sd720 465 Kryo cores on the Samsung A52.
However, the Phantom X uses a much weaker chipset of the at 12nm manufactured process and a slightly slower CPU speed at 2.05GHZ.
Verdict: The note 10 pro wins this round, A52 comes second, leaving the Phantom X behind.
Samsung A52 – 128GB 6GB RAM, 128GB 8GB RAM, 256GB 8GB RAM [UFS 2.1].
Redmi Note 10 pro – 64GB 6GB RAM, 128GB 6GB RAM, 128GB 8GB RAM [UFS 2.2] Tecno Phantom X – 256GB 8GB RAM [UFS 2.1]
Notice: Samsung A52 many storage options to choose from, which gives a potential buyer the much needed variety. But comes with the older UFS 2.1
The Redmi Note 10 pro comes with the latest UFS 2.2 storage chip, but its max storage option is 8/128.
The Tecno Phantom X comes with the same older UFS 2.1, but has only one storage option which is 8/256.
Verdict: There is no clear winner in this round between the Samsung A52 or Redmi Note 10 pro, but the Phantom X does fall behind.

Redmi Note 10 pro – Li-Po 5020 mAh, non-removable

Notice: Despite the Samsung A52 coming with lesser battery of the trio, its also has the slowest charge support. Redmi note 10 pro on the other hand comes with a faster charge and a bigger battery of the trio.
Phantom X comes second with a slightly better battery mah compared to A52, and supports the same fast charge as the Redmi Note 10 pro.
Verdict: The Redmi Note 10 pro wins this, the Phantom X comes second and the Samsung A52 bites the dust.

Verdict: The Tecno Phantom X despite having one less camera sensor on the rear compared to the other two, it very much makes up for it with a dual front camera and telephoto lens on the back.
The Redmi Note 10 pro comes second thanks to its 108mp main camera sensor.
Both the Samsung A52 and Phantom X have their fingerprint sensor under their display, the Redmi Note 10 pro however has its on the side.
Verdict: There is no clear winner in this round between the Samsung A52 and the Tecno Phantom X. However, no thanks to the older side fingerprint placing of the Redmi Note 10 pro, it takes the defeat in this round.
The Samsung A52 and Phantom X both uses the older Bluetooth 5.0
But the Redmi Note 10 pro comes equipped with the later generation Bluetooth 5.1
Verdict: The Redmi Note 10 pro wins this round, but there are no clear losers between the Samsung A52 and the Tecno Phantom X.
Both the Samsung A52 and the Redmi Note 10 pro comes with stereo speakers, a feature lacking on the Phantom X.
Verdict: though there are no winners in this round, the Tecno Phantom X definitely loses this round.
Depending on your region, you maybe able to find an NFC version for the Samsung A52 or the Redmi Note 10 pro. But this is not possible for the Tecno Phantom X.
Verdict: it’s a tie between the A52 and The Note 10 pro. But the Phantom X loses out.

Verdict: The Tecno Phantom X is the clear winner of this round, followed by the Redmi Note 10 pro. Samsung A52 fades out on this round.
