Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 rumored to be thinner, but with the same main camera
Annual innovation in the smartphone industry has never been simple. It could still be more difficult to rework the intricate hinge mechanics and internal components of a current foldable. Currently, rumors about Samsung's next Z Fold6 phone are starting to surface.
We should lower our expectations for the Z Fold6's primary camera, according to industry insider ICE UNIVERSE. The 50MP Samsung GN3 sensor (1.56", 1.0 m) for the primary camera is reportedly going to be reused by Samsung. The Z Fold5, as well as the Z Fold4, include the same sensor. A separate 12MP Sony IMX555 primary camera may be found as far back as the Z Fold3.
Don't expect much change in Galaxy Z Fold6. At least we can be sure of the camera. It is the same as Fold4 and Fold5, that's for sure.

If this is accurate, it is unfortunate, but other reliable claims from THE ELEC claim that Samsung may be working to make the Z Fold6 thinner to begin narrowing the growing thickness gap between it and its rivals' devices. According to the aforementioned source, Samsung may be reverse-engineering Huawei's Mate X5 foldable to determine how the Chinese manufacturer managed to attain a slimmer profile and a bigger internal battery.
In comparison, the Mate X5 is 5.3mm unfolded and 11.1mm folded, while the Z Fold5 is 6.1mm unfurled and 13.4mm folded. At 5.3mm unfurled and 10.9mm folded, the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 is still noticeably slimmer. The new OnePlus Open measures 11.7mm when folded and 5.8mm when opened.
