In a groundbreaking move, Sony has announced that its critically acclaimed console exclusive, Ghost of Tsushima, will soon be available on PC, marking a significant expansion of the game's reach. Scheduled for release on May 16, 2024, the PC port, developed by Nixxes, a studio under the Sony umbrella, will introduce gamers to the Director’s Cut edition of the title.

Ghost of Tsushima immerses players in an epic action-adventure narrative, casting them as Jin Sakai, a noble samurai defending the island of Tsushima against the Mongol invasion during 13th-century Japan. Originally launched as a PlayStation exclusive in 2020, this move to PC opens new horizons for the beloved title.

The PC version promises to deliver the full Ghost of Tsushima experience, including the base game and its captivating Iki Island expansion. This DLC expands the adventure with fresh locales, characters, and adversaries, enriching the gameplay for both newcomers and seasoned veterans alike.

Moreover, the PC release will feature the eagerly awaited multiplayer Legend mode, inviting players to team up for thrilling cooperative battles. Additionally, fans can indulge in the cinematic allure of Kurosawa Mode, paying homage to the iconic filmmaker Akira Kurosawa with its black-and-white film grain effect.

Excitement is already building, with pre-orders now available on both the Epic Games Store and Steam. Priced at 3,999 INR (approximately 48 US Dollars), early purchasers will enjoy exclusive in-game bonuses, including the New Game+ Horse travel companion, Traveler’s Attire, and Broken Armor dyes from Baku’s shop.

Furthermore, PC players can anticipate a slew of enhancements tailored to their platform, such as customizable graphics settings, unlocked frame rates, and seamless mouse and keyboard support. With Ghost of Tsushima poised to make its mark on the PC gaming landscape, anticipation is at an all-time high for its arrival this summer.
