The New Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 Models Expected Price In Nigeria
The prices for Samsung's upcoming foldable smartphones, the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6, have been leaked. The Z Fold6 will be available in three storage options: 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB, with prices starting at $USD 1899.99, $USD 2019.99, and $USD 2259.99 respectively. The Z Flip6 comes in two storage variants: 256GB and 512GB, priced at $USD 1099.99 and $USD 1219.99.
Despite economic challenges, the new pricing shows a $100 increase from the previous models, indicating Samsung’s confidence in the foldable phone market. This is an interesting move, considering Samsung’s aim to make foldable phones more mainstream.
The Galaxy Z Fold6 is expected to be sleeker with a wider cover display and will likely feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip and new AI capabilities. However, it might miss out on Wi-Fi 7 support. The Z Flip6 is rumoured to have significant upgrades like a new chipset, a higher resolution camera, and possibly a larger cover screen and battery.
The Galaxy Z Fold6 would cost approximately NGN 2,800,000 for the 256GB model, NGN 3,000,000 for the 512GB model, and NGN 3,500,000 for the 1TB model. The Galaxy Z Flip6 would be around NGN 1,600,000 for the 256GB version and NGN 1,800,000 for the 512GB version.
